There is so much to report these days! Kayla is eating food now...she has been eating cereal for about a month now, and started on green beans a few days ago. I can't tell if she likes them or not...but she eats them, so that is all that matters! She is feeling VERY heavy to me these days. I don't know what she weighs...but I bet it's a lot! She is still the very best behaved little girl on earth, and loves her sleep! Today she woke up at 7am (a little early for her) and went back for a nap at 8:20. Woke up from the nap at 12pm, and went back for another at 1:15. Woke up from that one at 4 (when I woke her!) and went back to bed at 7:30. Here's a little bit of Kayla laughing at Mommy...
TJ is getting bigger by the day, and more and more vocal! He can play on his playmat and "talk" (which is more like a lot of yelling and making baby noises) for an hour sometimes. He still LOVES his Daddy...he is such a Daddy's boy. He smiles a lot at Mommy...but cracks up laughing at Daddy only. We did find out this week that TJ will need to wear a helmet for a little while, due to his mis-shapen head. It wasn't really bad news though, as we weren't just concerned for his head but also his neck. We thought his neck muscles might have been underdeveloped (common for twins) because he seems to have trouble turning in one direction. The doctor said "nope! his neck muscles feel great. He's just stubborn and he doesn't WANT to turn his head that way!" So...off to the helmet doctor we go!!! In the meantime...here's a little bit of TJ laughing at Daddy (as usual) as Daddy tells him it's "Tubby Time"!
