I had a low key birthday this year...not much to report. Kim & Christian live so far away now, and Emily & Danny were on their way out the door for their honeymoon...so we had a quiet celebratory dinner of my choice at Jess & Jason's house. Per my request (spurred by the cravings of the week) Jess made us a feast of blueberry & chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, belgian waffles, bacon, and home fries. It was delicious, and totally hit the spot. Check out my video of Penny helping Auntie open her birthday present from Uncle Smitty!
